Wayne is currently Vice President of Operations for Integrisite, Inc. a turnkey wireless site development firm in West Monroe, LA. Teresa Shempert of Xcell Incorporated has worked in wireless communications since 2000. She began her career in telecom in legal she as Paralegal for Project and Property Management. In 2008 she began working for T-Mobile NOMO Market as RE Development Coordinator. Teresa has been involved with the Association since 2007, formerly serving as Chair for the Membership Social Committee. Her current tenure as Vice President of the association began in January 2010. Marvin holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree and also a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy.
